RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility for returns.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused and have their swing tags labels and product packaging intact.
2. Proof of Purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt
or proof of purchase.
3. When returning any goods to us, we recommend that you send items on a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.Please check with the delivery provider that your parcel is adequately insured against loss or damage. If you are returning an item from overseas, please ensure that the postage is paid in full, and the postal docket is ticked as Returned Goods to avoid an import duty levy from HM Customs and Revenue for which we will not be liable.
4. Refunds.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchanges.We are only able to offer a like-for-like exchange if the item is faulty and there is available stock. If the item is not in stock, then you will be offered a full refund.
6. Reduced Items.Reduced items must be returned within 14 days, rather than 30 days. All items must be returned unused and have their swing tags/labels and product packaging intact. The value of your goods will be refunded in full excluding your original postage costs. This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.

other than damaged faulty or incorrect goods. If this is the case,
